How to identify this generation
- A dark cavity insert carries a cobra wordmark above orange accents, with LTDx lettering at the lower toe.
What to notice in the specifications
- Cobra’s live site no longer lists this model; the figures come from an Internet Archive capture of Cobra’s US product page dated 2022-12-06.
- Cobra’s archived Aerojet iron page lists exactly the same lofts, lies and lengths; the heads differ, so read the name on the club.
- Cobra’s footnote says graphite shafts are custom only for this set.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
Read our loft guide for a worked example of comparing the numbers, and our used iron checklist before relying on a seller's description.
