How to identify this generation
- Match the AP1 family name and 710 generation to the head shown on the manufacturer's archived page.
- AP1 and AP2 are different families. A Titleist badge by itself does not identify the specifications.
- The 710 generation code does not tell you the date an individual set was manufactured.
What to notice in the specifications
- The 7-iron is listed at 33°, with a 45° pitching wedge and a 50° W wedge.
- Titleist labels the wedge rows P and W. They are displayed here as PW and W, without assuming a different wedge model.
- A release year has not been independently established in this record. The 710 generation label is used instead.
What the chart cannot tell you
A loft figure alone does not predict carry distance or determine a suitable fit. Head design, shaft, strike, swing speed and delivery also matter. Check actual loft and lie with a qualified fitter when a used set's history is uncertain.
