How to identify this generation
- The pictured cavity has a large Z with small 355 lettering and red accent stripes, with SRIXON on the upper heel. The women’s build on Srixon’s page shows the same head with pink accents.
What to notice in the specifications
- Srixon’s live US site no longer lists this model. The figures come from an Internet Archive capture of Srixon’s own US product page dated 2016-04-23.
- Srixon’s US site also listed a women’s Z 355 build (5–AW) with the same lofts and lies, each club 1" shorter (a 36" 7-iron). Available in Right Hand Only. Sets can be configured in Z355 models only in 7, 6, or 5 pieces. It is a stock build of this head, not a separate model (Internet Archive capture of Srixon’s women’s page, 2016-11-14).
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
Read our loft guide for a worked example of comparing the numbers, and our used iron checklist before relying on a seller's description.
