Checking a used set? These are published factory specifications, not measurements of the clubs you own. Loft, lie and length may have changed through custom ordering or later work.
How to identify this generation
- Check the back cavity for the M2 name and V-shaped badge shown in the original product sheet.
- Do not identify the generation from the M2 name alone. Compare the head with the manufacturer sheet, particularly the badge and face.
- Shaft and grip labels are supporting clues; either may have been replaced.
What to notice in the specifications
- The 2016 sand wedge is 55° and the lob wedge is 60°. The 2017 sheet specifies 54° and 59° respectively.
- The manufacturer's 2016 length figures use three decimal places in the long irons. They are preserved here rather than rounded to match later sheets.
- Listed wedge rows describe the manufacturer's range, not a guarantee that every used set includes those wedges.
What the chart cannot tell you
A loft figure alone does not predict carry distance or determine a suitable fit. Head design, shaft, strike, swing speed and delivery also matter. Check actual loft and lie with a qualified fitter when a used set's history is uncertain.
