Identifying the right model
- A chrome cavity wedge with a large TE monogram on a black panel at the toe, VIBRCOR on a black bar toward the heel and HOT LAUNCH MAX on a carbon-pattern insert low in the cavity; 56 is stamped on the sole and TOUR EDGE on the hosel.
What to check before using the reference
- Tour Edge lists every loft right-handed and the 52°, 56° and 60° also left-handed, all at 12° bounce.
- The Hot Launch E525 wedge listing uses the same lofts and lengths with 13° and 10° bounces; the heads are different models.
- Tour Edge’s Hot Launch Max Women’s Wedge listings publish the same six lofts, 64° lie, 12° bounce and hand availability at 34.5, 34.5, 34.25, 34.25, 34 and 34 in (1 in shorter) with the Aldila Ascent graphite shaft only; they are women’s stock builds of this head, not a separate model.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
