Identifying the right model
- The sheet's TB1 photo shows the nickel-cobalt Truss blade from behind at address: a triangular truss hosel bridging from the shaft to two points on the heel end of the head, a TaylorMade T badge and a blue TRUSS badge on the back flange and a single sightline in the rear cavity.
What to check before using the reference
- TB1 (Truss Heel hosel, 16° toe hang) and TB2 (Truss Center hosel, face-balanced) are the same blade head; the sheet prints the stock head weight and heel/toe sole weights for each length (33 in 365 g, 34 in 355 g, 35 in 345 g), so the rows are recorded per length.
- The mallet versions TM1 and TM2 are a different head on the same sheet with their own record; the sheet carries a 2019 copyright line and is filed under 2020.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
