Identifying the right model

  • A black sole with a silver-outlined weight channel and EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE lettering, XXIO+ (with the plus sign) on the rear edge, a blue 10.5 loft badge low on the toe side and a silver weight screw near the face.

What to check before using the reference

  • XXIO 14+ is the heavier build of the XXIO 14 line (299 g club weight against 283 g on the XXIO 14 driver page), listed in 9° and 10.5° right-hand only; the XXIO 14 driver has its own record.
  • XXIO’s footnote says stiff flex is available through custom; the table lists R as the stock flex.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
