Identifying the right model
- A black sole with Tour Edge HOT LAUNCH on a dark panel at the crown edge, orange stripes, an orange MAX MOI weight block with a screw at the toe end, E525 on a carbon-pattern panel in the centre and the loft 9 printed by the hosel.
What to check before using the reference
- The listing’s footnote says right hand; the X525 driver is the offset-hosel sibling with a 62° lie and 44.5 in length.
- Tour Edge’s certified pre-owned Hot Launch E525 Women’s Driver listing publishes the same three lofts, square face, 460 cc and 60° lie at 44 in (1 in shorter) with a UST Mamiya Helium White shaft; it is a women’s stock build of this head, not a separate model.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
