Identifying the right model
- The catalog hero shows the satin RocketBladez wedge from the back: RBLADEZ lettering with a yellow-and-red R logo across the raised toe panel, TaylorMade script down the hosel, a stepped sole flange and S 55 stamped on the top line beside the hosel.
- Only three heads exist, lettered AW (50°), SW (55°) and LW (60°) rather than numbered; the left-handed LW is not offered.
What to check before using the reference
- The sheet prints two swing weights per club, the steel RocketFuel 85 build first and the graphite RocketFuel 65 build in red; the lie differs between the 50° head (64.0°) and the 55° and 60° heads (64.5°).
- Model codes here are the sheet's AW/SW/LW labels, not loft-bounce codes.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
