Identifying the right model

  • A satin cavity back with the gold ZOID logo on a grey central panel and a bronze TITANIUM INSERT bar below it; T-3 and OVERSIZE are lettered on the hosel.

What to check before using the reference

  • The US-site timeline labels this head 1998-1999.
  • The linked chart lists a 33° 7-iron and 45° pitching wedge.
  • The source range is 2 through SW; it describes listed specifications, not the contents of every retail or used set.
  • The chart labels its 50° wedge FW. FW is kept as the source’s wedge label; it does not identify a fairway wood.
  • Mizuno’s T-Zoid Sure chart repeats every T-3 loft with each lie 0.5° more upright; the heads are different models.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
