Identifying the right model
- A wide mallet with two rear flanges and 11 BROOM lettered on the sole beside HB SOFT 2; the shaft enters the centre of the head and runs straight up for broom-style putting.
What to check before using the reference
- Cleveland lists the broom build at 46 in and 48 in with a 78° lie, a 470 g head and a two-piece grip; its height table recommends 46 in for golfers 5 ft 11 in or under and 48 in for 6 ft or over.
- Cleveland’s footnote says no loft or lie adjustments are offered for the 11C BROOM.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
