Identifying the right model
- A chrome cavity-back with a black cavity badge: EDGE lettered toward the toe, Callaway script and the chevron in the centre, a thin red line beneath the badge and a chrome hosel.
What to check before using the reference
- Callaway’s table lists the Edge irons from the 7-iron to the sand wedge only; Callaway Golf Pre-Owned lists the hybrid–iron combo set under a separate code (irons-edge-hybrids-edge-combo).
- Callaway also lists a women’s build from the 8-iron to the SW with the same lofts and lies and shorter lengths (35.5 in 8-iron).
- Stock shafts: Not stated on the source page.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
