How your store is listed
Each location comes from community-maintained OpenStreetMap records: the store name, street address, phone number and website when the record has them. Golfers find you on your state page by city, ZIP code or their own location. We do not add reviews, ratings or stock claims, and every listing tells visitors to contact the store before they travel.
Correct or update your listing
Moved, renamed, changed your phone number or closed? Email contact@golfclubreference.com with the store name and what should change. It is free. A link to the same details on your own website helps us confirm the change quickly.
Add the free badge to your website
If you would like to show visitors where else they can find you, copy one of these snippets into your website. Linking it to your state page helps golfers find your address and other shops nearby. The badge is optional, and your listing stays the same whether you add it or not.
Most website builders (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, GoDaddy) have an "Embed" or "Custom HTML" block for this. To link the badge to your own state page, find your store in the directory and use the "Your store? Get a free badge" link on its card; the snippets then point to that page.
