How to identify this generation
- A wider chrome cavity with Tour Edge over a red line and E723 at the toe, a dimpled grey triangular insert in the centre, VIBRCOR above it and EXOTICS toward the heel.
- The Exotics name also appears on these Tour Edge irons; compare their markings before using this chart: Exotics C725, Exotics E725, Exotics X725, Exotics CB, Exotics MB, Exotics Max, Exotics C723 (2026 US page).
What to notice in the specifications
- Tour Edge publishes exactly the same lofts, lies and lengths for the Exotics E725 irons and the Exotics Max irons, which are different heads.
- The Hot Launch E525 irons table repeats the 4-iron to AW figures but stops at the AW.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
Read our loft guide for a worked example of comparing the numbers, and our used iron checklist before relying on a seller's description.
