Identifying the right model
- GTS3 (red 3) on a silver sole bar with a weight pad toward the heel and another toward the toe, and 15 printed near the hosel.
What to check before using the reference
- Titleist lists GTS3 fairway heads at 15°, 16.5°, 18° and 21°, right- and left-handed; GTS2 adds a 13.5° head.
- Lie is left out of the rows: the table prints 56.0° for the 15° and 16.5° heads (57.0° at 18°, 57.5° at 21°) while the page’s footnote says 56.5° is the standard lie for GTS2/3 in the A1 SureFit position.
- The page footnotes women’s length as 1 in and junior/youth length as 2 in under standard.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
