Identifying the right model
- Sole view with r7 lettering and a small ti mark, TaylorMade script, yellow trim along the rear sole, two TLC ports (rear and heel) and a 3 by the hosel.
What to check before using the reference
- The sheet pairs men’s and women’s figures in each column: left-handed yes/no, lengths 43/42, 42.5/41.5 and 42/41 in, and swingweights D1/C7, for 15°, 18° and 21° heads of 186, 165 and 154 cc.
- The stock shaft is the REAX 60 FW (X, S, R, M; 54–57 g) with a TaylorMade TGT grip, plus an L flex for the women’s build.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
