Identifying the right model

  • The sole photo shows a black sole with a gold-edged M GLOIRE badge on a carbon panel at the rear, TaylorMade script and a round gold-ringed weight on the heel side with chrome accents around them, a HAMMERHEAD slot along the face side, a gold line on the white crown edge and a 10.5 badge above the hosel.

What to check before using the reference

  • The women’s 12.5° head is listed as its own row at 44.75 in and C0 with a Fujikura Speeder Evolution TM L-flex shaft; the men’s heads are D4 with the same shaft in SR and R flex and a Lamkin Genesis 33 g grip.
  • TaylorMade describes the M Gloire as a Japan and Asia market line with a carbon crown and sole, Forged Twist Face, a Hammerhead slot and a short bonded hosel; the sheet lists a single 59° lie rather than a sleeve range.
  • The sheet’s text layer uses a shifted font, so the table was checked against a render of the page.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
