How to identify this generation
- A compact chrome back with SRIXON inside a recessed cavity, ZXi7 lettering low at the toe end, PUREFRAME lettering low toward the heel, a 7 on the top line beside the hosel, a grey dot at the toe and an i-FORGED hosel.
- The ZXi name also appears on these Srixon irons; compare their markings before using this chart: ZXi5 (2025); ZXi5, ZXi5+, ZXi7 (2026 US page).
What to notice in the specifications
- Dunlop’s store labels this page ZXi7 Irons (2025) as a previous model; the current ZXi7 page (product code MZXI7IRN27) is the separate ZXi7 irons chart and lists a 36 in PW and 35.5 in SW against 35.75 in here.
- Srixon’s footnote says the SW is offered custom only. The table also carries a second SW row marked with an asterisk (1.0 mm offset, D3 swing weight) at the same 57°, 63.5° and 35.75 in; the standard SW row (0.8 mm offset, D4) is used here.
- Srixon’s footnote says its published iron lengths now follow USGA and R&A measurement guidelines and read about ¼ in longer than before without the club itself changing.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
Read our loft guide for a worked example of comparing the numbers, and our used iron checklist before relying on a seller's description.
