Identifying the right model

  • A dark compact hybrid sole with orange and white accents, X2 HOT lettering at the centre, 18° printed on the sole near the heel and PRO lettering on the hosel.

What to check before using the reference

  • Callaway names the heads by loft (Pro 16°, 18°, 20°, 23°) rather than by club number.
  • Callaway publishes the same lofts, lies and lengths for the 2015 XR Pro hybrid (1H–4H); the heads differ.
Checking a club you own? These are the maker's published figures for an original build, not measurements of your club, and a source date is not the year it was made. Bending, reshafting or a hosel adjustment changes loft, lie and length, so identify the head by its own markings and have a fitter measure it when its history is unclear.
